Grant is an Australian born, seasoned international hotelier whose passion for the industry developed from an upbringing in a family who owned hotels in Southeast Queensland Australia and which has resulted in an impressive 30 year career in hospitality spanning across the Pacific, USA, Europe and South East Asia. Since graduating with a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School in New York City.
Sweekar Bhardwaj
Sweekar is an experienced finance professional with an MBA in Taxation, a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Oxford, UK, a Masters in International Tax from the University of Melbourne and CPA certification. With over 20 years of domestic and international tax expertise, he specializes in business structuring for high-net-worth individuals and corporates, mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategy, driving growth and operational efficiency.
Dan Dolan
Motivated professional with 30 years in hospitality and real estate sales. Extensive management experience with leaders like Hyatt, Disney, and Ritz-Carlton. Recipient of multiple sales and leadership awards. Passionate about first-class service, delivering exceptional client experiences, and giving back to the community. Recently relocated to Gold Coast, Australia from Hawaii, USA.
Greg Hughes
Greg is a qualified electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in mechanical services, including air conditioning. He has worked as a chief engineer on mega yachts, and has led major projects in vertical structures up to 75 stories and satellite city master planning. Greg also oversees the Mining division and ensures all policies and procedures are in compliance.
Reno Nicastro
Reno Nicastro is an accomplished entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries. As the owner of Megatrax Digital Recording and Reef Recorders Studios, he has built a reputation for innovation and excellence, leading successful venues and shaping memorable experiences across Cairns and beyond. Steve Waugh
Steve Waugh AO is a former Australian cricket captain and remains one of cricket's most recognized figures. A member of the Laureus World Sports Academy and SCG Life Member, he has contributed to sports leadership through roles on the MCC World Cricket Committee. Post-cricket, Steve excels as a mentor, writer, and consultant, working with Australia’s Olympic, cricket, and soccer teams to drive high-performance outcomes.
Alec Pismiris
Alec has over 30 years’ experience in securities, finance, and mining and is a director for several ASX-listed and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of The Governance Institute. His current directorships include Agrimin, Frontier Resources, and TSX-listed Pacton Gold Inc.
